Announcing a service release of the Cirrus platform containing the following bugfixes and minor improvements:

Improvements
- Support decimal values for total marks in items (CR-24414)
- View where an item is used across assessments (in Item Info and Assessment Form tabs) (CR-24424)
- Applied Microsoft security updates to improve platform security. (CR-24519)
Bugfixes
- Fixed issue where re-marked assessments were not updated for candidates (CR-24570)
Eu Premium:
Improvements
- Support export of fixed form items to Excel (CR-24425)
- Option to disable decimal scoring(CR-24328)
