Announcing a service release of the Cirrus platform containing the following bug fixes and minor improvements on the following hostings: EU, CA, SG and AU.

Improvements
- Added polytomous scoring support for Drag and Drop items (CR-25851)
- NEO: Added support for Financial Statement and Puzzle item types (CR-24679, CR-24674)
- Hotspot: Calculate Polytomous Score Based on Correct Spots Only (CR-25161)
- Added the option to preserve existing SEB settings for scheduled assessments and enable SEB at schedule - level (CR-25390)
- Preserved paragraph breaks in marking feedback (CR-26098)
- Improved schedule state handling when deactivating or copying schedules (CR-26196)
- Minor improvements to the Users tab (CR-26242)
- Updated MongoDB.Driver to version 3.11.2 (CR-26246)

Bugfixes
- Fixed an issue where Results displayed an incorrect Time Spent when a paused attempt was closed at the end of a schedule (CR-26203)
- Fixed an issue where the Learning Objectives dropdown failed when using collection-level learning objectives (CR-26226)

Scheduled - Announcing a service release of the Cirrus platform containing the following bug fixes and minor improvements in the [Eu-prem] region:

Improvements
- Admin: Users section improvement. (CR-25904, CR-25938, CR-26101)
- Office 365: Improved integration reliability. (CR-25955)
- Security: Updated a third-party component used for link handling. (CR-25981)

Bugfixes
- Candidate dashboard: Fixed an issue where security labels on schedule cards could be truncated. (CR-25840)
- Results exports: Fixed an issue where Start Date and Submit Date did not follow configured regional settings. (CR-25951)
- Candidate delivery: Fixed an issue where reopening a completed assessment after all attempts were used could show an indefinite attempt-generation message. (CR-26072)
- Reports: Fixed an issue where candidate answers exports could fail for assessments with multiple forms. (CR-26085)
- SOWISO: Fixed an issue where opening a SOWISO item directly from Library > Items could show a blank editor. (CR-26091)
- Feedback: Fixed an issue where the creation date in a feedback ticket's information drawer could differ from the table. (CR-26118)
- Candidate delivery: Fixed an issue where text after an aligned table could display beside the table instead of below it. (CR-26082)
- Authoring: Fixed an issue where repository picker tables did not fill the available dialog area. (CR-26167)
- Fixed an issue where the Preliminary Report API would return an HTTP 500 error in some cases. (CR-26197)

Scheduled - Announcing a service release of the Cirrus platform containing the following feature, improvements and bug fixes on the following hostings: EU, CA, SG and AU.

Feature

- Authoring: Added settings for administrators to save default question settings for their environment. New questions use these defaults, and authors can change settings for each question. (CR-25533)

Improvements

- Marking: Allowed users with publishing permissions on a schedule to publish results after remarking. (CR-25611)
- Users and reports: Added separate first name and surname columns and sorting by surname in user, candidate and marking views. (CR-26123)
- Data & Insights: Improved the process for loading past data into reports. (CR-25960)
- Reporting: Improved the speed of exam attempt counts used for service and usage reports. (CR-26169)

Bug fixes

- Neo candidate delivery: Fixed issues with section navigation, on-screen instructions, page layout and pausing or resuming attempts. (CR-25630)
