Scheduled - Announcing a service release of the Cirrus platform containing the following bugfixes and minor improvements:

Improvements
-The time each candidate spent on the exam is now available in the Marking > Assess tab. CR-24095

Bugfixes
-Fixed: Issue where sharing a collection made Learning Objectives from hierarchies the user was not part of available to them. CR-24227.
-Fixed: Issue where the filter counter showed 2 instead of 1 when selecting only one filter. CR-24263
-Resolved: Issue where webhook jobs were failing when duplicate webhooks were processed. CR-24250
