Scheduled - Announcing a release of the Cirrus platform containing the following improvements and bugfixes on the following hostings: EU, CA, SG, and AU

Improvements
- Added support for Proctorio Companion App. (CR-25046)
- Improved wording in the report configuration setting. (CR-25195)
- Fixed multiple translation inconsistencies across the Cirrus platform. (CR-25246)

Bugfixes
- Resolved an issue where students were positioned at the bottom of the welcome page when starting an exam. (CR-25167)
- Hotspot: Fixed a problem affecting hotspot items placed inside a section when combined with zoom. (CR-25221)
- Reports → Proctored Reporting: Corrected unmatched names in Proctorio grade book. (CR-25271)

Singapore brief service disruption [SG Only]
Resolved - On December 8th at 03:02 AM UTC (11:02 AM SGT) Cirrus platform experienced a one minute downtime from which it automatically recovered. Due to the load from reconnecting candidates the platform's performance was degraded for a further three minutes (03:06 UTC).
While investigating into the cause of the spike in load we have decided to manually scale up the SG platform further so it can readily handle such a spike during upcoming exams (i.e. December 9th).

-Added a Refresh access option for O365 responses, allowing candidates and markers to generate a new valid document link and prevent access issues. CR-25244
- Fixed the Proctorio Review Center display name formatting issue. CR-25254
